Who is Aaron Fasts?
Hi i'm Aaron, I started my journey of intermittent fasting 4 years ago. Feeling like a lifetime ago, since then I have completed up to a 6 day water fast, and lost an unbelievable 45kg (100lbs). I started Aaron Fasts to share my experience hopefully inspiring others make a similar transformation in their lives.
Why Did I Start Fasting?
Searching for a solution to lose weight that would fit my lifestyle, in which most days I would not eat until the evenings, drinking energy drinks during the day. So If I could just drink water in the mornings instead, I would be half way there.
How Should You Break Your Fast?
Breaking your fast is one of the most important things to consider when fasting, as this is when your body will be most in need of nutrients. Ensuring you break your fast with a high protein meal, in the order of veg, protein, fats and carbs last. This will lower the impact on blood sugar levels.
